Production of two digital museum games for school-age children on raw materials, geology and mining activities in Greece and Cyprus.
W2.5 Sightseeing tours, workshops, international meeting
Organisation of sightseeing tours, workshops, and an international meeting with the participation of representatives of local, regional and national authorities, tourism stakeholders from Greece, Cyprus and other countries as well as scientific institutions from Greece, Cyprus and other countries.
WP5.1 Defining Functional/Technical Requirements
Recording of user requirements and detailed definition of functional and technical requirements of the Internet-GIS platform.
WP5.2 Platform design/development
Design and development of an Web GIS platform for thematic tourism, easy to use and friendly to the tourist or educated visitor.
WP5.3 Mobile App design/development
Design and development of a mobile application as an extension of the web platform, which will include digital maps and sightseeing routes-trails combined with information on the natural and geo-archaeological cultural resources of the selected areas of the Cyclades and Cyprus.
WP 5.4 Pilot Operation-Platform Distribution
Staff involvement in testing/pilot operation of the GIS platform to conduct an extensive and detailed evaluation in terms of its friendliness, usability and flexibility.
